What’s the minimum number of children required?
Our standard package requires a minimum of 10 children. However, we also offer customised party options. Contact us for more details!
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking at least 7 days in advance to secure your preferred date.
Can we bring our own decorations or cake?
Yes, you’re welcome to bring your own decorations at no additional charge. If you’d like to bring your own cake, a cake handling fee will apply.
Do parents get free access to Splash Water Park?
Yes, up to 2 parents per party receive free access.
Do nannies need to purchase a Splash Water Park entry ticket?
Yes, nannies will need to purchase an entry ticket at IDR 50,000 nett per person.
Can we bring our own food and drinks?
Outside food and drinks are not permitted. Our meal packages are designed to cater to various tastes and dietary needs.
Do you provide an MC for the party?
We don’t provide an MC, but you’re welcome to bring your own at no extra charge.
